摘要
为了实现实际样品中碳水化合物含量的原位、现场检测,制备了一种无酶碳水化合物传感器。采用石墨烯、多壁碳纳米管与金纳米粒子组成的复合材料(GR-MWCNT-Au)作为修饰材料,用滴涂法将其修饰在叉指金电极表面,催化氧化几种碳水化合物(葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖)。这几种碳水化合物的结构相似,产生的催化反应也相似,表明:构建的传感器可以用于检测这几种碳水化合物。本文传感器的检测范围较宽,实际样品回收率在99.45%~104.39%之间,表明传感器具有较高的实际应用潜力。
In order to realize in-situ and on-site detection of carbohydrate content in real samples,an enzyme-free carbohydrate sensor is prepared.Graphene(GR),multi-walled carbon nanotubes(CNT)and gold nanoparticles(GR-MWCNT-Au)are used as the modified materials,which are modified on the surface of interdigital gold electrode by drop coating method to catalyze the oxidation of several carbohydrates(glucose,fructose,galactose,mannose and xylose).The structures of these carbohydrates are similar,and the catalytic reactions are also similar,indicating that the constructed sensor can be used to detect these carbohydrates.The detection range of the sensor is wide,and the recovery rate of the actual sample is between 99.45%~104.39%,which indicates that the sensor has high practical application potential.
