摘要
针对光伏储能系统在使用传统Buck变换器为储能电池充电时效率不高的问题,提出将新型有源缓冲电路应用到Buck变换器,电路中所有半导体器件均可实现软开关,降低了开关损耗,提高了变换器的效率。本文详细分析了变换器的工作原理和过程,对变换器中的关键器件进行设计,并给出开关管以及二极管的选型依据。最后,通过仿真和搭建变换器实验样机验证了理论分析的正确性。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency when traditional Buck converter is used to charge the energy storage battery in photovoltaic energy storage system,a new type of active Buffer circuit is applied to the Buck converter.All semiconductor devices in the circuit can realize soft switching,which reduces the switching loss and improves the efficiency of the converter.Working principle and process of the converter are analyzed in detail,key components of the converter is designed,and the basis for the selection of switches and diodes are given.Correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and building experimental prototype of the converter.
