摘要
目的:测量低龄儿童(5~10岁)寰枢椎椎弓根螺钉内固定的相关参数,为临床实施寰枢椎手术提供理论依据。方法:回顾性分析从2014年1月1日至2018年12月31日在梅州市人民医院行寰枢椎CT扫描的低龄儿童(5~10岁)影像学资料。采用CT三维成像测量寰椎和枢椎椎弓根相关参数,包括寰椎椎弓根的宽度、高度及长度;枢椎椎弓根的宽度、高度及长度。结果:寰椎椎弓根的长度为左侧(31.27±2.37)mm,右侧(31.13±2.42)mm;寰椎椎弓根的宽度为左侧(7.04±0.63)mm,右侧(7.06±0.59)mm;寰椎椎弓根的高度为左侧(5.59±0.47)mm,右侧(5.68±0.41)mm;枢椎椎弓根长度为左侧(26.68±0.86)mm,右侧(26.42±0.81)mm;枢椎椎弓根的宽度为左侧(5.45±0.53)mm,右侧(5.52±0.61)mm;枢椎椎弓根的高度为左侧(6.67±0.73)mm,右侧(6.68±0.75)mm。结论:低龄儿童(5~10岁)可以容纳3.5 mm直径的椎弓根螺钉,理论上可以实施椎弓根螺钉内固定。
Objective:Relevant parameters of atlantoaxial pedicle screw internal fixation in young children(5~10 years old)were measured to provide theoretical basis for clinical application of fixation operation.Methods:The imaging data of young children(5~10 years old)who underwent atlantoaxial thin-layer CT scan from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Relevant indexes of internal fixation of atlas and axis pedicle screws were measured with CT three-dimensional measurement tools:width of atlas pedicle,height of atlas pedicle,and length of atlas pedicle;Axis pedicle width,axis pedicle height,axis pedicle length.Results:Length of atlas pedicle:left side(31.27±2.37)mm,right side(31.13±2.42)mm;Width of atlas pedicle:left side(7.04±0.63)mm,right side(7.06±0.59)mm;Height of atlas pedicle:left side(5.59±0.47)mm,right side(5.68±0.41)mm;Pedicle length of axis:left side(26.68±0.86)mm,right side(26.42±0.81)mm;The width of axis pedicle:left side(5.45±0.53)mm,right side(5.52±0.61)mm;Height of axis pedicle:left side(6.67±0.73)mm,right side(6.68±0.75)mm.Conclusion:Young children(5~10 years old)can accommodate pedicle screws with a diameter of 3.5mm and can implement pedicle screw internal fixation.
