Dsign of automatic dispatching system for autormobile production Line

以国内某汽车生产车间项目为基础,设计开发了基于MES自动化与施耐德EcoStruxure系统平台相结合的生产线自动调度系统。根据车间的生产实际和工艺流程,提出并建立了完整的生产线自动跟踪和控制以及PBS库区自动调度为一体的解决方案。该项目的成功投运,极大地提高了车间生产的自动化管理水平,促进了企业的综合实力。

For an automobile workshop project in China,An automatic scheduling system which is based on MES automation system and Schneider EcoStruxure system platform was designed and developed.According to the situation and technological process of the workshop,an integrated solution of production line of automatic tracking,controlling and PBS automatic scheduling system was put forward and established.The successful operation of the project has greatly improved the automation management level of workshop and promoted the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.
