原油含水率变化对输油泵蜗壳内部流场影响数值分析与仿真 被引量:1

Numerical Analysis and Simulation on the Influenceto Internal Flow Field of Volute for an Oil Transfer Pump in Water Content of Change of Crude Oil

摘要 为了确定高含水原油集输过程中输油泵流体动力噪声与流体含水率之间的关系,以ZA150-400型离心泵为输油泵机组研究对象,针对设计流量状态下原油含水率变化对输油泵蜗壳内部流场影响开展研究。采用RNGk-ε模型,通过Fluent软件针对含水率0.8-0.98之间6组参数进行数值分析。仿真研究结果表明:随着原油含水率增加,原油流体密度增大、黏度下降;在保持设计流量状态下,蜗壳内流场相应点随原油含水率越高其内压越大;离心泵蜗壳内部流场隔舌处压差最大。 For the purpose of determining the relationship between the hydrodynamic noise and the water holding Content of the oil pump during the gathering and transportation of high water-bearing crude oil,the ZA150-400 centrifugal pump is taken as the research object of the oil transfer pump unit.The RNG model is used to analyze the water holding rate between 0.8-0.98 by Fluent software.The simulation results show that with the increase of water content of crude oil,the density of crude oil fluid increases and the viscosity decreases,the corresponding point of flow field in volute increases with the increase of water content of crude oil,and the pressure difference is the largest at the tongue barrier of centrifugal pump volute.
