基于视觉传达的嵌瓷视频图像自动定位系统设计 被引量:1

Design of automatic positioning system for embedded porcelain video image based on visual communication

摘要 目前图像自动定位系统对采集图像的识别率较低,导致图像自动定位坐标参数误差增多。因此,基于视觉传达对嵌瓷视频图像自动定位系统设计。硬件部分设计自动定位系统驱动电路,通过构建两相混合式电机,对驱动电机的电路进行组装。通过对电机进行图像定位采集的跟踪,测量嵌瓷视频图像的位置和速度,构建图像自动定位跟踪器。软件部分设计基于视觉传达处理嵌瓷视频图像,通过灰度化处理提高系统对目标图像的识别率。通过分割处理得到的目标图像,计算目标嵌瓷视频图像当前X-Y坐标。计算嵌瓷视频图像的坐标路径,结合当前位置对图像自动定位坐标路径进行规划。至此,完成基于视觉传达的嵌瓷视频图像自动定位系统设计。通过系统对图像自动定位坐标参数误差的实验分析,研究系统自动定位坐标y轴最大误差为20μm,传统方法1自动定位坐标y轴最大误差为100μm,传统方法2自动定位坐标y轴最大误差为200μm。因此,基于视觉传达的嵌瓷视频图像自动定位系统设计更佳。 At present,the recognition rate of the image acquisition is low in the image automatic positioning system,which leads to the increase of the error of the coordinate parameters of the automatic positioning of the image.Therefore,the design of the automatic positioning system for embedded porcelain video image is based on visual communication.The hardware part designs the driving circuit of the automatic positioning system,and the circuit of the driving motor is assembled by building the two-phase hybrid motor.By tracking the motor image location and acquisition,the position and speed of the embedded porcelain video image are measured,and the automatic image location tracker is constructed.The software part designs the image of embedded porcelain based on visual communication,and improves the recognition rate of the target image by gray-scale processing.The current X-Y coordinate of the target porcelain embedded video image is calculated by the target image obtained by segmentation.The coordinate path of embedded porcelain video image is calculated,and the coordinate path of automatic positioning is planned based on the current position.At this point,the design of automatic positioning system for embedded porcelain video image based on visual communication is completed.Through the experimental analysis of the system error of the image automatic positioning coordinate,this paper studies that the maximum error of the system automatic positioning coordinate Y axis is 20,the maximum error of the Y-axis of the traditional method 1 is 100,and the maximum error of the Y-axis of the traditional method 2 is 200.Therefore,the design of automatic positioning system for embedded porcelain video image based on visual communication is better.
