基于陀螺仪的大包重载铁路轨道承载能力研究

摘要 为了保证大包重载铁路轨道能够支撑列车的通行,利用陀螺仪检测装置对其承载能力进行量化分析。根据大包重载铁路轨道的基本设计结构,构建相应的有限元分析模型,并在该模型下分析其受力情况。考虑铁路轨道的焊接部分,将其作为静态承载能力的一个约束条件。利用陀螺仪检测铁路轨道动态承受荷载,在考虑重载列车行驶等动态因素的情况下,输出大包重载铁路轨道极限承载能力分析结果。将设计的承载能力分析方法应用到实际铁路轨道的管理工作中,得出研究样本的极限承载力为62 MPa。 In order to ensure that the large-parcel heavy-haul railway track can support the passage of the train,the bearing capacity of large-parcel heavy-haul railway track is quantitatively analyzed by using the gyroscope detection device.According to the basic design structure of heavy-haul railway track,the corresponding finite element analysis model is built,and the stress condition is analyzed under the model.The welded section of the railway track is considered as a constraint on the static load capacity.A gyroscope is used to detect the dynamic load bearing of railway tracks.Under the condition of considering the dynamic factors such as the running of heavy-haul trains,the ultimate bearing capacity analysis results of heavy-haul railway tracks with large packages are output.Applying the designed load-bearing capacity analysis method to the actual management of railway tracks,the ultimate load-bearing capacity of the research samples is 62 MPa.
