摘要
高速旋转的硬质合金圆锯片工作时易受到离心应力的作用产生离心刚化效应,对其动态稳定性产生影响。针对此现象,运用ANSYS软件对圆锯片进行预应力模态分析,得出其不同转速下的离心应力矢量分布情况、模态振型及固有频率。运用激光位移传感器对高速旋转状态下的圆锯片进行试验,分析时间、速度变量对圆锯片动态特性的影响规律,并建立圆锯片轴向位移振幅预测模型。结果表明:随着转速增大,圆锯片各阶固有频率增加,轴向位移振幅减小且波形趋于平缓,其动态稳定性获得提升;圆锯片旋转时间的增加能减小其轴向位移振幅,首次装夹的圆锯片在旋转20min左右达到稳定状态,该研究为圆锯片生产提供指导依据。
The high-speed rotating cemented carbide circular saw blade is subjected to centrifugal stress to produce a centrifugal stiffening effect,which affects its dynamic stability.In response to this phenomenon,ANSYS software is used to analyze the prestressed modal of the circular saw blade,and the centrifugal stress vector distribution,modal shape,and natural frequency at different speeds are obtained.The laser displacement sensor is used to test and analyze the circular saw blade under high-speed rotation,analyze the influence of time and speed variables on the dynamic characteristics of the circular saw blade,and establish a prediction model of the axial displacement amplitude of the circular saw blade.The results show that as the speed increases,the natural frequency of each order of the circular saw blade increases,the amplitude of the axial displacement decreases and the waveform tends to be flat,and its dynamic stability is improved.The increase in the rotation time of the circular saw blade can reduce the amplitude of its axial displacement.The first clamped circular saw blade reaches a stable state after about 20 minutes of rotation,which guides the operation of the circular saw blade before work.
