摘要
根据锥度深孔的加工要求设计了数控锥度深孔镗刀结构,介绍了锥度深孔的加工方法。该结构由锥度镗刀、镗杆和驱动装置组成,数控系统发出控制信号,驱动交流伺服电机运动,通过减速机控制镗刀和进给拖板运动,实现了轴向与径向两轴联动的对内锥孔的镗削加工,并可以加工长度不超过6m、大小头直径差150mm以内的任意锥孔。
According to the requirements of deep conical holes,the structure of a CNC boring cutter is designed,and the machining method of deep conical holes is introduced.The tool is comprised of a taper boring cutter,a boring bar and a driving device.The AC servo motor is driven by the control signals sent from the CNC system,and the boring cutter and the feed plate are controlled by the reduction gear,so the boring cutter can achieve an axial and radial linkage movement to machine the conical hole automatically.Any conical hole with length less than 6 m and the diameter difference of large and small end holes less than150 mm can be machined by this tool.
