Effect of Macleaya cordata extract on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical indexes and immune function of calves

摘要 试验研究博落回提取物对犊牛生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标及免疫机能的影响。试验采用单因素随机设计,选择健康、体重(150±5)kg的荷斯坦犊牛80头,随机分为4组,每组20个重复,每头犊牛为1个重复。1组犊牛饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加200(2组)、400(3组)、800 mg/kg(4组)博落回提取物。预试期7 d,正式试验期56 d。结果显示,试验3、4组犊牛的平均日增重显著高于1组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于1组(P<0.05)。试验3、4组犊牛的粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于1组(P<0.05)。试验3、4组犊牛血清中总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于1组(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶(AST)活性、尿素氮(BUN)含量显著低于1组(P<0.05)。试验3、4组犊牛血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著高于1组(P<0.05)。研究表明,400、800 mg/kg博落回提取物可以提高荷斯坦犊牛生长性能、养分表观消化率,改善血清生化指标,提高免疫机能;添加量以400 mg/kg较适宜。 The experiment studied the effect of Macleaya cordata extract on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,serum biochemical indexes and immune function of calves.The experiment adopted a single factor random design,and 80 healthy Holstein calves with body weight of(150±5)kg were selected and randomly divided into four groups,20 replicates in each group and one replicate for each calf.Calves in group 1 were fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was supplemented with 200(group 2),400(group 3)and 800 mg/kg(group 4)Macleaya cordata extracts into basic diets,respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 7 d,and trial period lasted for 56 d.The results showed that the average daily gain of calves in experimental group 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),the feed weight ratio was significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber nutrients in experimental group 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).The serum TP content of calves in experimental group 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),and the AST activity and BUN content in experimental group 3 and group 4 were significantly lower than that in group 1(P<0.05).The serum IgG,IgA and IL-2 content of calves in experimental group 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than that of group 1(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that the 400 and 800 mg/kg Macleaya cordata extract can improve the production performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,blood biochemical indexes and immune function of Holstein calves,and 400 mg/kg Macleaya cordata extract is more suitable.
