日粮添加绿原酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫力及抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:18

Effect of dietary supplementation of chlorogenic acid on growth performance,immunity and antioxidant function of weaned piglets

摘要 试验研究日粮中添加绿原酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫力及抗氧化功能的影响。选择体重接近、无病的断奶仔猪600头,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30头仔猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组仔猪依次饲喂含有200、400、800 mg/kg绿原酸的基础日粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组断奶仔猪的末重和平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),试验组断奶仔猪的料重比和腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组断奶仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著升高,白介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验组断奶仔猪肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组断奶仔猪血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组的断奶仔猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和抑制羟自由基能力(CIHR)显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加不同剂量的绿原酸可以有效改善断奶仔猪的生长性能,增强免疫力及抗氧化功能,绿原酸在断奶仔猪日粮中的适宜添加水平为400 mg/kg。 The experiment studied the effect of dietary supplementation of chlorogenic acid on growth performance,immunity and antioxidant function of weaned piglets.600 healthy weaned piglets with similar weight were selected and randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group and 30 pigs in each replicate.The piglets in control group were fed with basal feed,and piglets in experimental groups were fed with basal diets containing 200,400,800 mg/kg chlorogenic acid.The pre-test period lasted for 7 d,and the formal test period lasted for 28 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily gain of weaned piglets in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the F/G and diarrhea rate of weaned piglets in experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum IgG content of weaned piglets in experimental group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the IL-6 content was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the TNF-αcontent of weaned piglets in experimental groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum CAT activity of weaned piglets in experimental group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum GSH-Px activity and CIHR of weaned piglets in experimental group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and MDA content in experimental group 2 and group 3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding a certain level of chlorogenic acid to the weaned piglets diet can effectively improve the growth performance,immunity and antioxidant function,and the optimal addition of chlorogenic acid to the weaned piglets diet is 400 mg/kg.
