不同水平酵母硒对奶牛全血硒含量和血清抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验研究日粮中添加酵母硒对奶牛全血硒含量和血清抗氧化能力的影响。选取40头体况相近、胎次接近、奶产量相近的奶牛,随机分为4组,每组10个重复。对照组(C组)在基础日粮中添加亚硒酸钠(添加后硒水平为0.3 mg/kg),3个试验组(G1、G2、G3)在基础日粮中分别添加0.3、0.4、0.5 mg/kg的酵母硒。试验期60 d。结果显示,与亚硒酸钠相比,添加酵母硒可以显著提高全血硒含量及血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),显著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);奶牛乳汁中体细胞数显著下降(P<0.05),G2组奶牛的乳干物质率显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,在奶牛日粮中添加适量酵母硒,可以改善奶牛的抗氧化能力,减少奶牛乳汁中体细胞数。 The experiment studied the effect of diet supplementation with Se-yeast on blood selenium and serum antioxidant capacity of dairy cows.40 Chinese Holstein dairy cows with similar body condition,calving date and milk yield were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with ten replicates in each group.The control group(group C)added 0.3 mg/kg DM Na2 SeO3 to the basal diet,and the three experimental groups(group G1,group G2,group G3)added0.3,0.4 and 0.5 mg/kg DM Se-yeast to the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 d.The results showed that compared with Na2 SeO3,adding Se-yeast could significantly increase the selenium content in whole blood and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)(P<0.05),and significantly reduced the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content(P<0.05),the number of somatic cells in the milk of dairy cows was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the milk dry matter rate of dairy cows in group G2 was significant increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that basal diet with moderate Se which supplied in form of Seyeast had better improvement on blood selenium and antioxidation performance of dairy cows and it reduced the counts of somatic cell in cow milk.
