摘要
试验研究复合凝结芽孢杆菌酵母培养物(BcYC)对固始鸡生长性能、血清生化、抗氧化及免疫功能的影响。选择180只48日龄健康雌性固始鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。在固始鸡日粮中分别添加0、200、400 mg/kg BcYC。预试期7 d,正式试验期42 d。结果显示,日粮中添加BcYC对固始鸡生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05)。添加400 mg/kg BcYC,98日龄固始鸡全净膛率呈下降的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。添加400 mg/kg BcYC可以极显著提高74日龄固始鸡低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量(P<0.01),同时具有增加甘油三酯(TG)含量的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。添加400 mg/kg BcYC可以极显著提高74日龄固始鸡血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.01),添加400 mg/kg BcYC可以极显著提高74日龄固始鸡血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量(P<0.01),添加200 mg/kg BcYC可以显著提高98日龄固始鸡血清IgG水平(P<0.05),极显著提高免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量(P<0.01)。研究表明,日粮中添加BcYC可以增强固始鸡免疫功能。
The experiment studied the effect of Bacillus coagulans yeast culture(BcYC)on growth performance,serum biochemical,antioxidant and immune functions of Gushi chickens.18048-day-old healthy female Gushi chickens were randomly divided into three groups,with six replicates in each group and ten chickens in each replicate.0,200 and400 mg/kg BcYC were supplemented to the diet of the chickens,respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 7 d,and the trial period lasted for 42 d.The results showed that the addition of BcYC in diet of Gushi chicken had no significant effect on growth performance of the chickens(P>0.05).The addition of 400 mg/kg BcYC had a downward trend for the98-day-old total evisceration rate(0.05≤P<0.10).The addition of 400 mg/kg BcYC extremely increased the LDL-C content of 74-day-old Gushi chickens(P<0.01),but there was a tendency to increase TG content(0.05≤P<0.10).The addition of 400 mg/kg BcYC extremely increased the serum CAT content of 74-day-old Gushi chickens(P<0.01).The addition of 400 mg/kg BcYC extremely increased the serum IgG content of 74-day-old Gushi chickens(P<0.01),and the addition of 200 mg/kg significantly enhanced the serum IgG content of 98-day-old Gushi chickens(P<0.05),and extremely raised the content of IgM content(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that adding BcYC to the diet can enhance the immune function of Gushi chickens.
