摘要
基于2020年突发公共卫生事件对沈阳市旅游业的冲击,结合2019年与2020年沈阳市旅游业各类数据,运用归纳分析、质性研究等方法,分析了沈阳市旅游业消费端及供给端的现状及问题。探讨了旅游产品及市场蕴含的转机。提出了推动沈阳市文旅行业恢复与振兴的新路径:政府要加强战略层面的思考和谋划,承担引导、监督责任;旅游行业要进行内部革新,创建智慧旅游新业态;旅游企业需重组自救,开发以健康、安全为主题的新产品并组织宣传活动,实施双向交互营销推广;各方主体采取协作策略,推动沈阳市旅游业高质量发展。
Based on the impact of public health emergency in 2020,combined with all kinds of data of tourism industry of Shenyang in 2019 and 2020,using inductive analysis,qualitative research and other methods,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of consumption and supply side of tourism industry in Shenyang,and discusses the turning point in tourism products and the market.It puts forward a new path to promote the recovery and revitalization of the cultural and tourism industry in Shenyang:the government should strengthen strategic thinking and planning,and assume the responsibility of guiding and overseeing;the tourism industry should carry out internal innovation and create new forms of smart tourism;the tourism enterprises should restructure and save themselves,develop new health and safety themed products and activities,and implement two-way interactive marketing promotion;all parties should adopt a cooperative strategy to promote the high-quality development of tourism in Shenyang.
