彩色多普勒超声对乳腺泌乳性腺瘤的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺泌乳性腺瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2010年1月~2020年1月在我院行超声检查诊断为乳腺泌乳性腺瘤的20例患者资料,其中妊娠期13例,哺乳期7例,共23个肿块,分别行粗针穿刺或手术切除后病理学检查,计算乳腺泌乳性腺瘤超声诊断符合率,并分析其彩色多普勒超声表现特征。结果23个肿块超声诊断为泌乳性腺瘤,病理确诊为泌乳性腺瘤21个,病理诊断为纤维腺瘤2个,超声诊断符合率为91.3%;泌乳性腺瘤超声表现为腺体内实性等回声或低回声团块,体积较大,边界清晰,内部回声不均匀,血流信号增多。结论泌乳性腺瘤在超声检查具有一定的特征性表现,彩色多普勒超声对乳腺泌乳性腺瘤具有较好的诊断价值。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Color doppler ultrasonography in breast lactating adenoma.Methods 20 patients diagnosed as breast lactating adenoma by ultrasonic examination were analyzed retrospectively from January 2010 to January 2020,in whom 13 cases were in pregnancy and 7 cases in lactation.There were a total of 23 masses.Pathological examination was performed after rough needle puncture or surgical resection.The diagnostic coincidence rate of breast lactating adenoma was calculated and the ultrasonic characteristics were analyzed.Results 23 masses were diagnosed as locating adenoma by ultrasound.According to pathological results,21 masses were diagnosed as lactating adenoma,2 masses were diagnosed as fibroadenomas,the coincidence rate of ultrasound was 91.3%.Breast locating adenoma on ultrasound showed a solid isoechoic or hypoechoic masses and havea large size,a clear boundary,uneven echo and increased blood flow signal.Conclusion Breast lactating adenoma has characteristic ultrasound features,Color doppler ultrasound has good diagnostic value on breast lactating adenoma.
