大脑中动脉M1段狭窄程度与FHV相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨单侧大脑中动脉(MCA)M1段狭窄程度与磁共振液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)高信号血管征(FHV)之间的相关性。方法选取经三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(3D-TOF MRA)提示单侧MCA M1段不同程度狭窄患者120例,依据管腔不同狭窄程度分为轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组、重度狭窄组以及闭塞组,每组患者均为30例,FHV评估采用Olindo评分法,分别进行四组FHV评分,并比较MCA M1段管腔狭窄程度与FHV评分之间的相关性。结果单侧MCA M1段重度狭窄组FHV显示率最高70%(21/30),Olindo评分为91分,其次为中度狭窄组30%(9/30)、慢性闭塞组23.33%(7/30)和轻度狭窄组6.7%(2/30)。结论FHV与MCA管腔内血液流速缓慢相关,结合3D TOF-MRA可用于临床评估MCA管腔狭窄或闭塞后的脑血流动力学改变。
