The Study on the Urban Renewal Thoughts Based on the Realization Mechanism of Ecological Products Value

在生态文明建设背景下,城市更新向更有机、更生态的方向发展,生态产品价值实现为地方发展提供了新路径,二者融合应更有助于促进城市可持续发展。本文总结了当前城市更新过程中忽略生态资源的现象,并结合国内外典型案例,分析了城市生态产品价值实现对城市更新的推动作用。提出了一系列生态产品价值实现机制下的城市更新思路,包括应将生态理念贯穿始终、将生态修复作为城市面貌更新的主要手段、实施以绿色发展为主题的产业更新、发展绿色交通体系、宣传践行绿色生活方式等,为城市的高质量发展提供参考。

Under the background of ecological civilization construction,urban renewal is developing in a more organic and ecological way and the realization of the ecological products value provides a new path for local development.The integration of them should be more conducive to promoting urban sustainable development.This paper summarizes the phenomenon of neglecting ecological resources in the process of urban renewal and analyzes the role of ecological products value realization in promoting urban renewal by combining with typical cases at home and abroad.A series of urban renewal ideas under the realization mechanism of ecological products value are put forward,which include taking the ecological concept throughout the whole process,making the ecological restoration as the main mean of urban renewal,carrying out the industrial renewal with the theme of green development,developing the green transportation system and promoting the practice of green lifestyle and so on to provide reference for the high-quality development of cities.
