丛式井场抽油机井群错峰开井间抽运行调度优化 被引量:5

Scheduling Optimization of Staggered Peak Intermittent Pumping of Pumping well Group in Cluster Well Site

摘要 低渗油藏丛式井抽油机井群大多数油井供液不足,需要错峰开井和间抽运行,而依靠人工经验制定的调度方案易致油井产生运行能耗高、成本增加、管线冻堵等问题。为此,以能耗最小为目标函数,考虑单井和多井的最低产量约束,最小和最大开井时间等约束,结合抽油机井开抽产量下降和关井产能恢复的变化规律,将该调度优化问题描述为混合整数非线性规划模型,经过线性化转化为混合整数线性规划模型,应用求解器Gurobi进行求解,快速得到错峰开井间抽调度方案。实例研究表明:以长庆油田WXX丛式井组10口井为例,根据模型制定的错峰开井间抽优化调度方案,实现了该丛式抽油机井群的优化运行,日累计总产量平稳,耗电降低了39.9%,节能降耗效果显著。 In low-permeability reservoirs,most of the oil wells in the cluster pumping well group have insufficient fluid supply,which requires staggered peak intermittent pumping of the oil wells.The scheduling plan based on manual experience leads to high operating energy consumption,high operation cost,pipeline freezing plugging and other issues.For this reason,taking the minimum energy consumption as the objective function,the scheduling optimization of the oil wells is described as a MINLP(Mixed-Integer Nonlinear Programming)model based on the production drop laws of the oil wells in pumping period and the productivity recovery laws of them in shut-in period under considering the constraints such as minimum production of single well and multiple wells,the minimum and maximum oil pumping time,which is transformed into a MILP(Mixed-Integer Linear Programming)model after linearization.The model is solved by using solver Gurobi,and the staggered peak intermittent pumping scheduling scheme of the oil wells can be obtained.The method is applied to 10 wells in the WXX cluster well group of Changqing Oilfield,the obtained optimization scheduling scheme reduces power consumption by 39.9%under the premise that the total daily oil output does not decrease.The energy saving and consumption reduction effect of the scheduling scheme is remarkable.
