摘要
采用碱溶、酸化的方式溶解样品,通过ICP-AES测定铝及铝合金中锌元素的含量,首先确定溶液酸度和最佳的分析谱线,其次通过基体校正来减少试验的误差,最终通过对不同的功率、辅助气流量、雾化器流量、泵速等进行试验,减少试验的误差。试验结果表明,溶液的酸度对试验的影响较大,需要严格控制酸的加入量,最佳的分析谱线为206.200nm,基体校正需要严格控制基体的加入量,功率和泵速可以提高溶液的检测强度,辅助气流量和雾化器流量可以降低溶液的检测强度。
In this paper,the samples are dissolved by alkaline solution and acidification,and the content of zinc in aluminum and aluminum alloy is determined by ICP-AES.Firstly,the solution acidity and the best analytical spectral line are determined.Secondly,the error of the test is reduced by matrix correction.Finally,the error of the test is reduced by testing different power,auxiliary gas flow rate,atomizer flow rate and pump speed.The test results show that the acidity of the solution has a great influence on the test,and the amount of acid addition needs to be strictly controlled.The best analytical line is 206.200nm.The matrix correction requires strict control of the amount of substrate addition.Power and pump speed can increase the detection strength of the solution,auxiliary gas flow and atomizer flow can reduce the detection intensity of the solution.
