摘要
采用液态金属LIBS在线成分分析仪检测无需进行人工取样、加工制样等一系列耗时过程,可直接对熔融铝水成分进行在线测量,分析速度快,在线分析结果的测量精度能够满足企业生产要求,为企业带来了巨大的经济效益。
In this paper,the liquid metal LIBS online composition analyzer detection without manual sampling,processing and sample preparation and a series of time-consuming process,can directly measure the molten aluminum water composition online.The analysis speed is fast,the measurement accuracy of online analysis results can meet the production requirements of enterprises,which has brought huge economic benefits for enterprises.
