摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、常温力学拉伸和电导率等测试方法,研究在加热570℃、保温3h条件下,不同均匀化冷却方式对6008铝合金铸锭微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在相同均匀化工艺条件下,水冷均匀化制度下的铸锭均匀化程度更高,第二相回溶更充分,综合力学性能更好。空冷对铸态电导率的提升作用更加明显,达到46.18%IACS。
In this paper,the effects of different homogeneous cooling methods on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6008 aluminum alloy ingot are studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope(SEM),room temperature mechanical tensile and electrical conductivity test methods at 570℃and 3h.The results show that under the same homogenization process conditions,the ingot under the water cooling homogenization system has higher homogenization degree,more sufficient second phase backdissolution and better comprehensive mechanical properties.Meanwhile,the air cooling improves the as cast conductivity more obviously,reaching 46.18%IACS.
