摘要
为保证冷轧厂罐体料的离线厚度偏差,对影响测厚仪测量精度的因素进行了研究,并探讨了影响因素的补偿措施。针对卷材前、后半卷厚度偏差大问题,提出了测厚仪测量实时厚度偏差的线性补偿措施,最终实现缩小前、后卷材厚度偏差大的目的,满足了冷轧卷材厚度控制的要求。
In order to ensure the off-line thickness deviation of can body stock in cold rolling mill,the factors affecting the measuring accuracy of thickness gauge are studied,and the compensation measures for the influencing factors are discussed.Aiming at the problem of large thickness deviation between the front and back half coils,a linear compensation measure for the real-time thickness deviation measured by the thickness gauge is proposed,which finally realized the purpose of reducing the large thickness deviation of the front and rear coils and met requirements of the thickness control of the cold-rolled coils.
