姿势管理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响

Effect of Posture Management on Motor Function of Limbs in Patients with Hemiplegia After Stroke

目的探讨姿势管理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的影响。方法选择2020年3—12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的110例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机数表法将其分为常规组(55例,接受常规康复治疗)和观察组(55例,在常规康复治疗基础上接受姿势管理支持)。观察两组肌肉活动、肢体运动功能(FMA评分)和日常生活自理能力。结果干预后观察组腓肠肌协同收缩率、积分肌电值高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后观察组巴式指数、上肢FMA、下肢FMA评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将姿势管理应用于对脑卒中偏瘫患者能增强肌肉活动,提高肢体运动能力和日常生活独立能力。

Objective To explore the effect of posture management on motor function of limbs in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 110 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March to December 2020.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into conventional group(55 cases,received routine rehabilitation)and observation group(55 cases,received postural management support on the basis of routine rehabilitation).The muscle activity,limb movement function(FMA score)and daily self-care ability were observed.Results After intervention,the co-contraction rate and integrated electromyogram of gastrocnemius muscle in observation group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index,upper extremity FMA and lower extremity FMA scores of observation group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of posture management to patients with stroke hemiplegia can enhance muscle activity,improve motor ability of limbs and independent ability of daily living.
