热牙胶法与iRoot SP单尖法充填根管对根尖周炎患者预后的影响

Effect of Hot Gutta Percha Method and iRoot SP Single Tip Method for Root Canal Filling on the Prognosis of Patients with Apical Periodontitis

目的分析热牙胶法与iRoot SP单尖法充填根管对根尖周炎患者预后的影响。方法选取南阳市卧龙区妇幼保健院2016年8月至2017年12月收治的68例根尖周炎患者,根据根管填充方法分为两组,各34例。A组接受单尖法充填糊剂,B组接受热牙胶法充填糊剂,比较两组术后2 d疼痛反应率和术后30个月预后情况。结果A组术后2 d疼痛反应发生率低于B组(P<0.05)。A组术后30个月成功率[94.12%(32/34)]较B组[73.53%(25/34)]高(P<0.05)。结论与热牙胶法相比,单尖法充填iRoot SP糊剂治疗根尖周炎患者远期效果更佳,预后较好。

Objective To analyze the effect of root canal filling with hot gutta percha and iRoot SP on the prognosis of patients with periapical periodontitis.Methods Sixty-eight cases from August 2016 to December 2017 in Nanyang Wolong Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the root canal filling method,with 34 cases in each group.Group A was treated with single point filling paste,and group B was treated with hot gutta percha filling paste.The pain response rate at two days after operation and the prognosis at 30 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results Two days after operation,the pain reaction rate of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The success rate[94.12%(32/34)]at 30 months after operation in group A was higher than that[73.53%(25/34)]in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the hot gutta percha method,the long-term effect and prognosis of single point filling iRoot SP paste in the treatment of periapical periodontitis are better.
