国产与进口吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管咽喉炎的效果比较

Comparation of Domestic and Imported Budesonide Suspension Inhalation for Bronchopharyngitis in Children

目的比较国产与进口吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管咽喉炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年4月安阳市妇幼保健院收治的100例支气管咽喉炎患儿,采用随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。给予对照组进口吸入用布地奈徳混悬液治疗,给予观察组国产吸入用布地奈徳混悬液治疗。比较两组临床效果、临床症状消失时间、住院时间以及抗生素使用时间。结果观察组总有效率(92.00%)与对照组(96.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组临床症状消失时间、住院时间以及抗生素使用时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产与进口吸入用布地奈德混悬液均能有效治疗小儿支气管咽喉炎,两者疗效相当。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of domestic and imported budesonide suspension inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchopharyngitis.Methods A total of 100 children diagnosed as bronchopharyngitis who were admitted to Anyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with imported inhaled budesonide suspension,and observation group was treated with domestic inhaled budesonide suspension.The clinical efficacy,time of clinical symptom disappearance,hospitalization time and antibiotic use time were observed.Results The total effective rate was 92.00%in observation group and 96.00%in control group.There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in the time of clinical symptom disappearance,hospitalization time and antibiotic use time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both domestic and imported inhaled budesonide suspension are effective in the treatment of children with bronchopharyngitis,and the curative effect of both is equivalent.
