摘要
髓源性抑制细胞(MDSCs)是来源于骨髓的具有免疫抑制作用的细胞,可以抑制T细胞、自然杀伤细胞和树突状细胞等细胞介导的免疫应答,促进调节性T细胞和肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的生成,促进肿瘤细胞发生免疫逃逸,进而导致肿瘤细胞的生长增殖,促进肿瘤的发生发展。本文主要从MDSCs与免疫细胞的相互作用以及MDSCs靶向治疗方面进行阐述。
Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)are immunosuppressive cells derived from bone marrow that can suppress immune responses mediated by T cells,natural killer cells and dendritic cells,promote the production of regulatory T cells and tumor-associated macrophages,promote the immune escape of tumor cells,and then lead to the development and progression of tumors.This article mainly focuses on the interaction between MDSCs and immune cells,as well as the targeted therapy of MDSCs.
