摘要
润滑油系统的主要作用是为汽轮机组轴系的各主轴承、推力轴承和盘车装置等提供润滑,其正常运行是机组的安全稳定运行的决定性因素之一。通过理论分析并根据现场处理润滑油低问题的经验,总结了给水泵汽轮机组润滑油系统压力低的各种情况,并对各种可能性做了深入的分析,提出了相应的排查以及解决方案,保证润滑油系统工作的稳定性,为机组的安全稳定运行提供可靠有力的保障。
The main function of lubricating oil system is to provide lubrication for main bearings,thrust bearings and turning gear of steam turbine shaft system.Its normal operation is one of the decisive factors for the safe and stable operation of the unit.In this paper,through theoretical analysis and on—site experience in dealing with the problem of low lubricating oil,various situations of low pressure in lubricating oil system of feed water pump turbine unit are summarized,and various possibilities are analyzed in depth,and corresponding troubleshooting and solutions are put forward to ensure the working stability of lubricating oil system and provide reliable and powerful guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
