凝汽器热井鼓泡除氧装置的应用

摘要 某热电联产抽凝机组有大量补水进入凝汽器,导致凝结水含氧量较高,需要在凝汽器热井中进行鼓泡除氧,满足电力设备的防腐要求。分析了热井除氧的设置时机,介绍了一种传统型和一种新型热井鼓泡除氧结构,并与单体式除氧器做了对比。 A cogeneration extraction and condensing unit has a large number of make—up water inlet condenser,which leads to high oxygen content in the condensate,which requires bubbling and deoxygenation in the condenser hot well to meet the anti-corrosion requirements of power equipment This article analyzes the timing of the hot well deaerating setting,introduces a traditional and a new type of hot well bubbling deaerating structure,and compares it with the integrated deaerator.
