新时期高校积极分子发展与培养路径研究

Research on the way of development and cultivation of the Party activists in colleges and universities in the new era

本文结合新时期高校基层学生党组织建设和发展党员工作要求与特点,在辽宁省高校党建研究课题《严把关、重质量、讲民主——探索全面发展和培养入党积极分子新模式》研究基础上,针对高校学生党支部发展党员工作存在的问题,结合沈阳药科大学某二级学院的实际,经过阶段性实践,提出了一套标准化、透明化、民主化、动态管理的系统化积极分子发展与培养模式,拟探索新时期高校积极分子发展与培养的新路径。

This article,combining with the requirements and characteristics of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations and the development of party members among college and university students in the new era,is based on the research project of the Liaoning college and university party construction(Strict control,emphasis on quality and focus on democracy:explore new patterns for comprehensive development and cultivation of Party activists).Aiming at solving the problems existed in the process of developing Party members in the college and university student Party branches,and combining with the stage practice in a secondary college of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University,a set of standardized,transparent,democratic and dynamic management pattern is proposed.We intends to explore a new way for the development and cultivation of college and university Party activists in the new era.
