The development of smart collaborative innovation service of university libraries brings challenge to the Party building.Scientific and reasonable working mechanism is the guarantee for Party building and plays an important role in the development of university libraries.The paper,taking Shenyang Pharmaceutical University Library as an example,analyses the current situation and the existing problems in Party building of university libraries and discusses the working mechanism of Party building under the new situation.
