摘要 为提高选择性催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝系统的运行水平,通过分析现有SCR脱硝控制系统的技术特点发现,测试仪表的滞后性是影响脱硝喷氨控制准确性和实时性的直接因素。为此,提出了脱硝系统精准喷氨的优化控制技术,将喷氨总量控制、分区喷氨控制和NO_(x)浓度场精准测量等技术有机结合,构建以总量控制、分区喷氨调整、NO_(x)浓度场精准测量前馈为主要手段的精准喷氨控制策略,从而提高喷氨控制的准确性和实时性,进一步降低脱硝系统的运行成本,减小氨逃逸的影响,为下一步精准喷氨优化技术的应用提供技术支撑。 In order to improve the operation level of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration system,through the analysis of the technical characteristics of the existing control system of SCR denitration,it was found that the delay of existing test instruments is the direct factor affecting the accuracy and real-time performance of the denitration ammonia injection control.To improve the accuracy and real-time performance of ammonia injection control,the optimization control technology of precise ammonia injection in denitration system was proposed.Moreover,the technologies of the total amount control of ammonia injection,divisional ammonia injection control and precise measurement of NOx concentration field were organically combined to build a precise ammonia injection control strategy with total amount control,subarea ammonia injection adjustment and NOx concentration field precise measurement feedforward as the main means.This work is benefit to reduce the operation cost of denitration system and weaken the impact of escaping ammonia,and provides the technical support for the application of the next precise ammonia injection optimization technology.
