摘要 “双一流”教育战略的实施,深化了高校定位机制,为地方高校提供了新的发展契机。一流学科体系的建设,可充分发挥地方高校学科引领作用,增强学科专业实力,促进地方经济结构的转型发展。但目前地方高校建设一流学科时,存在着学科建设同质化、师资支撑力度不足等问题,制约着学科建设效率的提高。因此,必须结合教育管控措施、教育资源分配机制等,构建合理的学科建设体系,以提高地方高校的学科建设质量,增强高校在教育市场中的竞争优势。 The implementation of the“Double First-class”education strategy has deepened the positioning mechanism of universities and provided new development opportunities for local universities.The construction of First-class Discipline system can give full play to the leading role of disciplines in local universities,enhance the professional strength of disciplines,and promote the transformation and development of local economic structure.However,in the construction of First-class Disciplines in local universities,there are problems such as homogenization of discipline construction and insufficient support of teachers,which restrict the improvement of discipline construction efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to build a reasonable discipline construction system in combination with education control measures and educational resource allocation mechanisms,so as to improve the quality of discipline construction in local universities and enhance their competitive advantages in the education market.
