摘要
教师“职业承诺”,通常被定义为教师对教学职业(专业)的心理依附。本研究采用质性研究的范式,通过个案研究对小学教师在职初阶段的“职业承诺”发展变化进行研究,以获得对我国小学职初教师职业承诺实然状态及影响因素的知识。研究结果表明:小学职初教师的职业承诺发展状态可以概括为“变好”内在驱动力下的主动组织融入。在对研究结论讨论的基础上,就如何提升小学职初教师“职业承诺”水平,学校如何更有效地对小学职初教师进行培养管理提出建议。
Teachers“Occupational Commitment”is usually defined as teachers psychological attachment to teaching profession.This paper adopts qualitative research paradigm to study the development and change of primary school teachers“Occupational Commitment”in the early stage of employment.In this paper,case study was selected to obtain knowledge of the actual status and influencing factors of primary school teachers'“Occupational Commitment”.The results show that the development status of primary school teachers'“Occupational Commitment”can be summarized as active organizational integration under the internal driving force of“getting better”.Based on the discussion of the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the level of“Occupational Commitment”of primary school teachers and how to train and manage primary school teachers mor effectively.
