基于1+X证书制度的高职电子商务专业人才培养模式改革探究

高等职业教育是我国教育的重要组成部分,在专业型、应用型人才培养方面发挥着重要的作用,所以积极地分析讨论高等职业教育的具体开展有突出的价值。就目前的高等教育实践来看,为了培养专业性更强、实践能力更加突出的应用型人才,高等职业教育在实践中积极推行1+X证书制度。就该制度的具体实施来看,其实现了学历和技能的双重强调,这对于职业教育的理论教育和实践教学共同发展有突出的现实意义。电子商务是目前高职院校普遍开设的专业,就该专业的具体分析来看,其是理论和实践并重的专业,但是在过去的教学中,要么存在着轻理论、重实践的现象,要么存在轻实践、重理论的现象,这两种现象与当前的行业发展对应用人才的需求状况相比存在着一定的偏差。为了培养出具备专业知识和技能,且拥有从业资格的电子商务人才,基于1+X证书制度实施人才培养模式改革,这从实践角度来讲价值显著。

As an important part of education in China,higher vocational education plays an important role in the training of professional and applied talents.Therefore,it is of great value to actively analyze and discuss the specific development of higher vocational education.In view of the current practice of higher education,in order to train more professional and practical talents,the 1+X certificate system in practice has been actively implemented in higher vocational education.In terms of the specific implementation of the system,it realizes the dual emphasis of academic qualifications and skills,which has outstanding practical significance for the common development of theoretical education and practical teaching in vocational education.E-commerce is a major generally set up in higher vocational colleges.According to the specific analysis of this major,it is a major that pays equal attention to theory and practice.However,in the past teaching,there are either light theory and heavy practice,or light practice and heavy theory.These two phenomena have certain deviations from the current demand for applied talents in the development of the industry.In order to train e-commerce talents with professional knowledge,skills and professional qualifications,the reform of talent training mode based on the 1+X certificate system is implemented,which is of great value in practice.
