摘要
学生群体的时代性差异对高校思想政治教育提出了新的要求。高校辅导员思政话语体系具有政治性与教育性、多样性和易变性、交流互动性等特征,以辅导员视角做好话语体系创新,有助于增强辅导员与学生之间沟通的有效性,并为后续阶段思政教育高质量推进创造有利的教育、沟通及管理条件,提升新时代高校辅导员思想政治教育的实效性。
The time differences of student groups put forward new requirements for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The ideological and political discourse system of college counselors is political and educational,diverse and changeable,and interactive.The innovation of discourse system from the perspective of counselors will help to improve the effectiveness of communication between counselors and students,create favorable conditions for education,communication and management for the high-quality promotion of ideological and political education in the follow-up stage,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college counselors in the new era.
