编辑视角下学术道德失范的本源及伦理构建——以基础教育刊物为例

摘要 综合学术失范的已有概念,对基础教育的学术失范进行概括性定义。通过例举基础教育领域的学术道德失范现象,阐述其带来的危害和问题产生的本源。基于此,提出编辑视角下基础教育学术伦理构建的策略,即加强系统的学术诚信教育,培养求真务实的学术精神;完善学术评价机制,保障评价的客观公正;建立严厉的惩戒制度,净化学术空气;积极开展学术批评,发挥学术舆论监督作用。 Based on the existing concepts of academic anomie,this paper tries to give a general definition of academic anomie in the field of basic education.By citing the phenomenon of academic moral anomie in the field of basic education,this paper expounds its harm and the origin of the problem.Based on this,this paper puts forward the strategies for the construction of academic ethics in basic education from the perspective of editing,that is,to strengthen the systematic education of academic integrity and cultivate the academic spirit of seeking truth and pragmatism;to improve the academic evaluation mechanism and ensure the objectivity and fairness of evaluation;to establish a strict disciplinary system and purify the atmosphere of academic anomie;to actively carry out academic criticism and play the role of academic public opinion supervision.
