摘要
作为女性创作者,贺照缇的全球化题材纪录片具备了当前台湾女性纪录片创作者少有的全球视野和宏观格局。在努力跳脱个体经验与族群关系,放眼世界的同时,其问题聚焦之处亦不乏女性知识分子特有的敏感与尖锐。在《穿在中途岛》系列、《我爱高跟鞋》、《台湾黑狗兄》等数部作品中,导演藉由"胸罩"、"洋装"、"牛仔裤"、"高跟鞋"等服饰语言符号所建构的"神话"既成为戳破产业资本构筑自己的财富王国(获得市场)与意义王国(形塑审美)的重要路径,又成为其在全球化浪潮中完成身份指认与伦理归属的重要助力。
As a female creator,Chao-ti Ho has produced documentaries of global themes with rare global vision and macro pattern among the female directors of documentaries in Taiwan.Her focus on the issues has the sensitivity and acuity of women intellectuals even as she is trying to rid herself of an individual’s experience and her relationship with the ethnic group and opens her eyes to the rest of the world.In works like Wandering Islands,a six-documentary series,My Fancy High Heels and Sock’N Roll,the myth,created by the director with such linguistic signs of apparel as bras,foreign garments,jeans and high heels,has become an important path in breaking the industrial capital building its own financial kingdom(securing the market)and the kingdom of meaning(aesthetics of shaping)as well as an important help in completing identification and ethical belonging in the waves of globalization.
