疏血通注射液联合机械取栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床研究

Clinical Study on Shuxuetong Injection Combined with Mechanical Thrombectomy on Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨疏血通注射液联合机械取栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)的临床疗效。方法将108例AIS患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组给予机械取栓治疗,术后给予阿司匹林及氯吡格雷;观察组术后在对照组基础上给予疏血通注射液。2组均治疗2周。比较2组临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、神经功能恢复评分及血液流变学指标;随访3个月,比较2组血管再通率。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.30%,显著高于对照组的85.19%(P<0.05)。2组神经功能缺损评分、神经功能恢复评分及血液流变学指标均降低(P<0.05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组血管再通率为87.04%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液联合机械取栓治疗AIS可提高临床疗效,有效改善神经缺损,降低血液黏度,提高血管再通率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong injection combined with mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 108 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given mechanical thrombectomy.Postoperatively,aspirin and clopidogrel were given orally.The observation group was given Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit and recovery and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared.The vascular recanalization rate of the two groups was compared after 3 months of follow-up.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of neurofunctional defect and neurological recovery,and the indicators of blood rheology were reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation groups were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the vascular recanalization rate of the observation group was 87.04%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke could improve the therapeutic effects,ameliorate the nerve defect,reduce blood viscosity,and elevate the vascular recanalization rate,which is worthy of promotion.
