江苏省限制使用农药经营管理现状及对策

The Current Problems and Countermeasures on Restricted Pesticide Business Licensing in Jiangsu Province

农药监督管理工作在维护粮食生产、保护生态环境及保障农产品质量安全方面起到重要作用。新修订的《农药管理条例》明确农药经营实行许可制度。本文剖析了江苏省限制使用农药经营管理现状及存在的问题,为进一步规范限制使用农药市场秩序、提升农药经营单位软硬件条件,提供相应解决办法及对策建议。

Pesticide supervision and management has played an important role in safeguarding food production,protecting ecological environment and ensuring quality safety of agricultural products.The newly revised“Regulations on Pesticide Administration”sets the licensing system for pesticide business operations.This paper analyzed the current situation and issues of restricted pesticide management in Jiangsu Province,in order to standardize the restricted pesticide market order and to improve the software and hardware conditions of pesticide business operators in Jiangsu Province.And several solutions and suggestions were finally proposed.
