摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈加0.8%冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,使用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测法,在265nm波长下对啶酰菌胺·咯菌腈悬浮剂进行分离和定量检测。结果表明,该分析方法条件下啶酰菌胺和咯菌腈的线性相关系数均为0.9998和0.9997,标准偏差分别为0.03和0.01,变异系数分别为0.09%和0.2%,平均回收率分别为99.67%和99.99%。
In this paper,a high performance liquid chromatography method was presented to detect Boscalid and fludioxonil SC,Using acetonitrile and 0.8%glacial acetic acid as mobile phase,Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 18 column and diode array detection at 265 nm wavelength.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of 0.9998 and 0.9997,Standard deviations of 0.03 and 0.01,the coefficient of variation of 0.09%and 0.2%and the average recovery of 99.67%and 99.99%were obtained for Boscalid and fludioxonil,respectively.
