摘要
研制了一种以氟唑菌酰羟胺和联苯吡菌胺复配为原药,25%有效成分含量的悬浮剂。试验通过对不同润湿分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂等的筛选,得到最佳配方:氟唑菌酰羟氨10%、联苯吡菌胺15%、CF20S 2%、A7552%、D4251%、黄原胶0.18%、硅酸镁铝1%、丙二醇5%、消泡剂0.5%,水补足至100%。试验结果表明,该配方产品悬浮率达到>90%,热储[(54±2)℃]分解率<5%,产品其他各项指标均符合悬浮剂要求。此制剂为目前防治小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦等由麦类白粉菌(Erysiphe graminisD.Cf.sp.triticiE.Marchal.)引起的白粉病提供一种新的思路与方法。
A suspension concentrates(SC)formulation product containing 25%trifluconazole hydroxylamine and bixafen was developed.The optimal formula was obtained in the experiment by screening various wetting and dispersing agents,emulsifiers,thickeners,antifreeze,defoaming agents,as the follow:fluconazole hydroxylamine 10%,bixafen 15%,CF20S 2%,A7552%,D4251%,xanthan gum 0.18%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1%,propylene glycol 5%,antifoaming agent 0.5%and water making up to 100%.The test results showed that the suspension rate of the formulated product reached more than 90%,that the active ingredients decomposition rate of accelerated storage[(54±2)℃]was less than 5%,and that the other parameters of the product met the requirements for SC formulation.This preparation provides a new approach and control method for the prevention and treatment of powdery mildew caused by wheat powdery mildew(Erysiphe graminisD.Cf.sp.tritici E.Marchal.)in wheat,barley,rye and oats.
