医院用药差错事件分析与防控——以镇江市第一人民医院为例

Analysis and prevention of medication errors--Taking Zhenjiang No.1 People's Hospital as an example

回顾性分析镇江市第一人民医院2017—2020年上报的49例用药差错事件,从差错类型、产生原因及相关责任人工作年限等方面进行剖析,并提出相应整改对策。用药差错的监测和防控对保障患者用药安全有重大意义。

Forty-nine cases of medication errors reported by Zhenjiang No.1 People's Hospital from 2017 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed from the aspects of medication error types,causes and working years of relevant responsible persons,and the corresponding rectification countermeasures were put forward.The monitoring and prevention of medication errors is of great significance in ensuring the safety of patients.
