教学能力比赛背景下高职教学改革初探——以“茶文化与茶艺”课程为例

On the teaching reform of higher vocational education under the background of teaching competence competition--Taking the course of Tea Culture and Tea Art as an example

以“茶文化与茶艺”课程为例,分析目前高职院校教学中存在的问题,在全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛背景下,从积极培养教学团队、有效贯彻思想政治教育理念、合理运用信息化技术、加强师资培养力度等方面进行探索,提高教学质量。

Taking the course of Tea Culture and Tea Art as an example in higher vocational colleges,the thesis analyzes the main problems existing in the current teaching.Under the background of the teaching competence competition of the national vocational colleges,we should explore the ways and strategies of actively cultivating the teaching team,effectively implementing the concept of ideological and political education,properly using information technology and strengthening the training of teachers so as to improve the teaching effect.
