摘要
目的分析免费孕前优生健康检查在降低出生缺陷发生率中的临床价值。方法抽取石家庄市1000对待孕夫妇为对象,以是否接受免费孕前优生健康检查为依据予以分组,对照组500对为待孕夫妇未接受免费孕前优生健康检查,试验组500对待孕夫妇接受免费孕前优生健康检查,比较2组出生缺陷发生情况,并统计试验组待孕夫妇的实验室及病毒检出结果。结果试验组出生缺陷发生率为1.80%,比对照组的7.80%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组筛查出138例存在健康风险,占比13.80%。其中,男性64例,占比46.38%;女性74例,占比53.62%。结论免费孕前优生健康检查是改善妊娠结局、降低出生缺陷发生率的重要措施,因此需重视孕前优生健康检查,及时发现并对健康风险进行针对性处理,对于促进出生人口素质的进一步提高具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of free pre-pregnancy eugenics health check in reducing the incidence of birth defects.Methods A total of 1,000 couples who were preparing for pregnancy in Shijiazhuang city were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to whether they received free pre-pregnancy eugenics health eamination.The 500 couples in control group who did not received free pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination,and the other 500 couples in experimental group who received free pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination.The incidence rate of birth defects,and laboratory test results and virus test results were observed and compared between the two groups,Results The incidence of birth defects in experimental group was 1.80%,which was significantly lower than that(7.80%)in control group(P<0.05).Of the 500 couples in experimental group,138 cases had health risks,which accounted for 13.80%,of whom,there were 64 males,which accounted for 46.38%,and 74 females,which accounted for 53.62%.Conclusion The free pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination is an important measure to improve pregnancy outcomes and reduce the incidence of birth defects.Therefore,it is necessary to pay much attention to pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination,to timely find and targetedly treat the health risks,which is of important significance to further improve the quality of the birth population.
