兼具预防性传播感染功能的避孕药具研发进展

Research and development of anti-sexually transmitted infections contraceptives

多功能预防技术(multipurpose prevention technologies,MPTs)可以同时避孕和预防获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)或其他性传播感染(sexually transmitted infections,STIs),对我国公共卫生具有重要意义。MPTs可以是针对不同适应证的多种药物的组合,也可以是具有多种适应证的单一产品。通过使用MPTs可解决多种性与生殖健康问题,提高产品的可及性和依从性。目前国际上有二十余个MPTs产品处于研发的不同阶段,绝大多数产品为阴道局部给药,包括女用避孕套、缓释阴道环、阴道凝胶、阴道薄膜、皮埋剂、口服片剂和微针贴片等。本文对国内外兼具预防AIDS/STIs和避孕功能产品的研发进展、研发趋势以及面临的挑战作一综述。

Multipurpose prevention technologies(MPTs)are an innovative class of products that deliver varied combinations of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)prevention,other sexually transmitted infections(STIs)prevention and contraception.It is of great significance to China's public health.MPTs can be combinations of multiple drugs for different indications,or they can be a single product with multiple indications.Currently,there are more than 20 MPTs products in various stages of development,including female condoms,sustained release vaginal rings,vaginal gels,vaginal films,implants,oral tablets and microarray patches.Most of the products are for vaginal topical delivery.In this paper,the research and development progress,research trends and development challenges of anti-AIDS/STIs contraceptive products at home and abroad are reviewed.
