两种三维电解剖标测系统指导房室结折返型心动过速射频消融的初步比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较国产Columbus及进口CARTO三维电解剖标测系统指导房室结折返型心动过速(AVNRT)射频消融的安全性及有效性。方法回顾分析2016年1月至2019年11月在郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院心内科确诊为AVNRT并接受导管射频消融(RFCA)术的患者140例,分为CARTO消融组和Columbus消融组。其中CARTO消融组患者40例,Columbus消融组100例,比较两组患者的手术时间、X线曝光时间和即刻消融成功率以及并发症发生率。结果两组患者整体手术时间[(58.2±23.1)min比(61.3±12.6)min,P>0.05]和X线曝光时间[(4.5±5.6)min比(5.3±1.8)min,P>0.05]无统计学差异,即刻手术成功率均为100%,均无术中并发症发生。结论国产Columbus与进口CARTO系统指导的AVNRT消融,具有相似的有效性和安全性。 Objective To evaluate the safety and efficiency of two three-dimensional electroanatomic mapping systems(Columbus and CARTO)in guiding radiofrequency ablation of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia(AVNRT).Methods A retrospective analysis of 140 patients who were diagnosed with AVNRT and received RFCA in our center was conducted.The patients were divided into CARTO group and Columbus group.The operation time,X-ray exposure time,immediate ablation success rate and complication rate,were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the overall operation time[(58.2±23.1)min vs.(61.3±12.6)min,P>0.05],X-ray exposure time[(4.5±5.6)min vs.(5.3±1.8)min,P>0.05],immediate operation success rate(100%vs 100%)and complications(0 vs 0)between the two groups.Conclusion Compared with CARTO system,AVNRT ablation guided by the domestic Columbus has similar effectiveness and safety.
