Single-handedly or Side by Side?

基于对柔性供应链、弹性供应链和韧性供应链三个维度的分析,构建相应评价指标体系,明确柔性供应链、弹性供应链、韧性供应链在应对供应链系统所面临风险时发挥的重要作用,并首次提出柔性-弹性-韧性多维供应链模型,为供应链企业合理重构柔性-弹性-韧性体系,打造三者“并驾齐驱”模式,提高供应链系统风险防范能力提供一定理论指导。

The outbreak of the COVID-19 has caused severe challenges in the global supply chain,and the"single-handed"flexible supply chain can no longer cope with current and future risks.In this context,this research is based on the analysis of the three dimensions of flexible supply chain,elastic supply chain and resilient supply chain,building a corresponding evaluation index system,clarifying the important role of flexible supply chain,resilient supply chain,and tenacious supply chain in responding to the risks faced by the supply chain system,and for the first time tried to propose a flexible-elastic-resilient multi-dimensional supply chain model.It aims to provide certain theoretical guidance for supply chain enterprises to rationally reconstruct the flexibility-resilience-tenacity system,create the three"going hand in hand"mode,and improve the supply chain system risk prevention capabilities.
