含复合相变材料的充填体力学特性 被引量:11

Mechanical properties of filling materials containing composite phase change materials

摘要 为探究复合相变材料对充填体力学行为的影响,采用硬脂酸丁酯和膨胀珍珠岩制备了含复合相变材料充填体。首先,对充填体进行差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试和热学试验,分析其热学性能表现;其次,进行了压缩试验以实现数值模拟参数匹配;最后,利用PFC3D软件研究复合相变材料添加量、粒径及强度这3种因素对充填体强度影响。研究结果表明:充填体强度随复合相变材料添加量增加而近似线性下降,应变随复合相变材料添加量增加无明显改变;在一定范围内复合相变材料粒径和强度对充填体试件强度及变形特征影响均较小,应用中可不考虑其影响;当复合相变材料添加量在10%以内时,充填体强度降低幅度最大为14%,充填体储热性能有明显改善,故可少量用于矿山充填改善深井高温环境。添加量是充填体强度降低的主要影响因素。 In order to explore the influence of composite phase change material on the mechanical behavior of filling,filling body containing composite phase change material was prepared with butyl stearate and expanded perlite.Firstly,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)test and thermal test were carried out on the filling body to analyze its thermal performance.Secondly,compression test and numerical simulation parameter matching were carried out.Finally,the effects of three factors of composite phase change material addition,particle diameter and strength on the strength of the filling body were studied by using PFC3D software.The results show that the strength of filling body decreases approximately linearly with the increase of the content of composite phase change material,and the strain has no obvious change with the increase of the content of composite phase change material.The particle size and strength of composite phase change material within a certain range have little influence on the strength and deformation characteristic of filling body,and the influence is not considered in the application.When addition amount of composite phase change material is within 10%,the strength decreases by 14%at most and the heat storage performance of the backfill is obviously improved,and so the backfill can be used for mine backfilling in small amount to improve high temperature environment of deep well.Addition amount of composite phase change material is the main influence factor of backfill strength decrease.
