烹饪类专业本科生创业意愿影响因素研究--以扬州大学烹饪与营养教育专业本科生为例 被引量:4

摘要 在严峻的就业形势下,创业已成为烹饪专业大学生实现人生价值的一条重要途径。在构建烹饪专业大学生创业意愿影响因素分析框架的基础上,基于扬州大学烹饪专业619名大学生问卷调查数据,对烹饪类专业本科生创业意愿的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果显示:烹饪专业大学生的创业意愿受学生父母对其创业的鼓励、烹饪专业本科生自身对创业的兴趣及其对大学生创业的看法的正向显著影响。因此,应着力培养烹饪专业大学生的创业兴趣,进一步完善烹饪专业大学生创业服务体系,努力营造良好的大学生创业社会氛围。 Under the grim employment situation,entrepreneurship has become an important way for college students majoring in cooking to realize their life value.Based on constructing the analysis framework of factors influencing the entrepreneurial intentions of college students of cooking and the questionnaire survey data of 619 students majoring in cooking in Yangzhou University,an empirical analysis to the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention of undergraduate students majoring in cooking was practiced.The results show that the willingness of college students of cooking to start a business is significantly influenced by their parents’encouragement,their own interest and views on entrepreneurship.Therefore,efforts should be made on cultivating the entrepreneurial intentions,the entrepreneurial service system should be improved and the good entrepreneurial social atmosphere should be created,for college students of cooking.
