血常规和凝血检测在急性心肌梗死转归期的价值和安全性评价

Evaluation of the Value and Safety of Blood Routine and Coagulation Tests in the Transition Period of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探究血常规和凝血检测在急性心肌梗死(AMI)转归期的价值及安全性评估价值。方法:选取2018年5月~2020年5月某院60例AMI患者作为研究对象,根据TIMI危险评分对患者实施分组,≤4分者32例设为观察组,>4分者28例设为对照组,比较两组血常规和凝血指标,探究其在AMI患者转归期的应用价值。结果:观察组患者血常规PLT、NLR、PLR均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但其他血常规指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者APTT明显较低,ATIII则较高,两组差异经过统计学检验有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他凝血指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血常规和凝血指标能够反映出AMI患者病情严重程度,帮助评估患者转归情况,为治疗方案选择提供可靠的参考依据,可予以推广。

Objective:To explore the value and safety evaluation of routine blood and coagulation tests in the transition period of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:60 patients with AMI in a hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research object,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the TIMI risk score.32 patients with≤4 points were taken as the observation group,and 28 patients with>4 points were taken as the control group.The blood routine and blood coagulation indexes of the two groups were compared,and the application value in the transition period of AMI patients was explored.Results:The routine blood PLT,NLR and PLR in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in other routine blood indexes(P>0.05).APTT was lower in the observation group than in the control group,while the ATIII was higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in other coagulation indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion:The blood routine and blood coagulation indexes can reflect the severity of AMI patients,help to evaluate the outcome of patients,and provide reliable reference for the choice of treatment plan,which can be popularized.
